Congregation of the Sons of the Immaculate Conception in Africa.
Officially founded on March 25, 1857, by the Blessed Luigi Maria Monti, the Congregation of the Sons of the Immaculate Conception is a Catholic religious family dedicated to caring for the sick and educating underprivileged youth. Its origin stems from a spirit of charity and service inspired by two key figures: Cipriano Pezzinia man of service and courage, and Luigi Monti, a consecrated layman driven by deep faith and a strong sense of devotion. Despite hardships, the Congregation has endured through the centuries and expanded worldwide. Today, it is present in 24 countries, serving the most vulnerable in the spirit of compassion, perseverance, and faith inherited from its founder.
